Project: Howell Heights launch
Howell Heights, a recent addition to Howell Estate was completed in September 2010, with the first tenants taking occupation on the 1st of October 2010.
Howell Heights comprises 4 triple story blocks, each with 12 units, totalling 48 units for the project. All the units have two bedrooms, one toilet/bathroom with an open plan kitchen and lounge area. The units also come fitted with a DSTV connection point and built-ins in the bedrooms and the kitchen. One paved parking per unit is provided, along with a remote gate and full perimeter walling to the development. Washing line facilities are a standard and a full time security guard is also on patrol.
The units are fully tiled with the end units to each floor having a balcony. The development rests upon a cliff, overlooking the Springfield valley with views extending to Durban North. Being part of Howell Estate, it is well located in a highly built up area of Durban known as Sydenham. The area boasts an abundance of all amenities is well located in terms of proximity to the CBD and many business centres and has an excellent transport service and infrastructure.
